400G Q112 SR4 30m OM3 / 50m OM4 MPO-12/APC Transceiver Module
The 400G QSFP112 SR4 is a high-performance optical module for high-speed Ethernet connectivity within data centers. The module is packaged in a QSFP112 package and supports four independent channels, each with a data rate of 106.25 Gbps, for a total of 425 Gbps. It uses PAM4 modulation technology and works with OM4 multimode fiber via MPO-12 connectors to provide a maximum distance of up to 100 meters.

It supports hot-swapping and is suitable for short-distance data transmission within data centers, and is typically used to connect devices such as switches and NICs.
- Transmission Rate and Channel Configuration: The module adopts a four-channel full-duplex design, with a data transmission rate of 106.25 Gbps per channel and a total transmission rate of 425 Gbps. It uses PAM4 modulation technology to realize high-speed data transmission through four independent channels.
- Fiber Connectivity and Transmission Distance: 400G QSFP112 SR4 Optical Modules use multimode fiber (MMF) with a maximum link length of 60 meters (OM3 fiber) or 100 meters (OM4 fiber). In addition, some models support longer transmission distances, such as over 150 meters of OM4 fiber transmission.
- Power Consumption and Operating Temperature Range: The module’s low power consumption, typically less than 8W, and operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C ensure stable operation in a variety of environmental conditions.
